Call For Submissions

The Digital Twins for Health Society (DT4HS) warmly invites submissions from academia, industry, government, and non-profit sectors for its inaugural annual meeting, to be held in Houston, Texas, on January 19-20, 2026. This premier event serves as the leading platform to present, discuss, and shape state-of-the-art advances in digital twin (DT) technologies for health. We seek high-quality, original contributions across all relevant areas, including DT technical foundations, clinical applications, system deployment, ethics, policy, and beyond. Submissions for both oral and poster presentations are encouraged.

Selected high-quality submissions will be invited to submit manuscripts for publication in a research topic (AI-enabled Digital Twins in Healthcare) of the Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence (https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/artificial-intelligence) in 2026.

  • Explainability, transparency, and accountability frameworks
  • Bias, fairness and risk management
  • Data governance and standards

DT Infrastructure and Ecosystem

  • High-performance computing, cloud, and edge solutions for DTs
  • Interoperability across platforms and health systems
  • Scaling DTs to real-world use: reliability, maintainability, resilience

Submissions

We invite original paper submissions that are not under consideration elsewhere. At least one author of each accepted paper must register with a full (non-student) registration fee, plan to attend the event in person, and present their work (oral or poster presentations) during the meeting.
